As two New-Yorkers hike about the Scottish highlands they encounter something not on their map. They discover the lost town of Brigadoon, which resulting from a miracle from God, comes to life only for one day every century! Tommy Albright, half of this American duo, falls in love with a Brigadoonian girl, Fiona MacLaren. Tommy has two problems: First, if Tommy stays in the town for more than a day, he can never return home to New York! Second, he's already got a fiancée, Jane Ashton, whom he really does not want to marry waiting for him back at home. He does the right thing, or so he thinks, and returns to New York, but he's miserable and longs for Fiona. Can Tommy's love for Fiona make a miracle happen?

Jr. -The Emmy Award-winning 1970s Saturday morning cartoon series that taught history, grammar, math, science and politics through clever, tuneful songs is not only making a small-screen comeback, instructing a whole new generation to "Unpack Your Adjectives" and "Do The Circulations," it's lighting up stages everywhere, from school multi-purpose rooms to university and regional theatres all around the country. Tom, a nerve-wracked school teacher nervous about his first day of teaching, tries to relax by watching TV when various characters representing facets of his personality emerge from the set and show him how to win his students over with imagination and music, through such beloved Schoolhouse Rock songs as "Just A Bill," "Lolly, Lolly, Lolly" and "Conjunction Junction."

All of the glorious music and fabulous fantasy characters of the classic Victor Herbert creation, in a bright contemporary piece. A musical featuring famous songs like "Toyland" woven together with various characters from Mother Goose nursery rhymes: Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary; Tom-Tom, the Piper's Son; Jack and Jill; Little Miss Muffet; Wicked Uncle Barnaby who runs the toy shop (and his comic-ruffian assistants, Roderigo and Gonzorgo) and can turn children into dolls and sell them for gold; and lovable Jane and Alan who are his next victims.
